Filming Equipment

Using new mobile cameras or video cameras with flat lenses is recommended. The most crucial point is complete camera stability to eliminate any shaking.

Parallel to Subject

The camera lens must be perfectly parallel to the sagittal plane (the imaginary plane dividing the body into left and right) to record movement angles without error.

Lower Limb Movements

برای ثبت حرکاتی مانند دویدن یا اسکوات، ارتفاع دوربین باید دقیقاً هم‌سطح مرکز مفصل زانوی آزمودنی تنظیم شود.

Full Body Movements

To record movements involving the entire body (like throwing), the camera height should be at the subject's waist (pelvic area) level.

Perpendicular to Path of Motion

The camera must be placed perfectly perpendicular to the subject's line of movement. This eliminates perspective error and maximizes analysis accuracy.

Subject's Attire

Placing Markers

Markers must be placed at precise anatomical locations according to analysis protocols by a specialist or trained individual on the subject's body.

Calibration Plate

The calibration plate must be placed in the image background, behind the subject, so the system can correctly determine real-world dimensions.

Three Main Views

سه تصویر ایستا در سه وضعیت روبرو، پهلو و پشت باید از آزمودنی در حالت ایستاده و راحت گرفته شود.

Correct Standing Posture

حالت ایستادن باید کاملاً راحت، بدون انقباض عضلانی و با شانه‌های راحت باشد. پاها باید تا حد امکان و بدون فشار نزدیک به هم قرار گیرند.

Hand Position in Side View

In the image taken from the side view, the subject's hands should be placed crossed over the chest so as not to cover the torso markers.
